How to use our Property Organizer to streamline your home search

Our Property Organizer keeps all your property search information in one convenient place. This includes Saved Searches, Email Updates, and Saved Properties.

To begin, cick the Property Organizer link at the top right of our webpages (on desktops) or in the mobile menu. From there, you can create a free account or log into your existing account.

Organizer Features

Saved Searches and Email Updates

To save a property search, go to any property listing page and enter your search criteria. Then click the “Save Search” button at the top of the search results.

To view your saved searches go to the Property Organizer and click the “Saved Searches” tab. For each saved search, you can add a descriptive title or click the trash icon if it’s no longer needed. You can also elect to receive daily Email Updates about new listings for each Saved Search.

Saved Properties

If you see a specific property that interests you, click the “Save” or 🤍 heart icon on that property to save it in your Saved Listings.

To view your saved listings go to the Property Organizer and click the “Saved Listings” tab. You can add and delete properties from your list at any time, as well as see any updates to those properties, such as price changes. For each saved listing, you can also add a star rating or click the document icon on the property photo to add notes and comments.

Account Profile

Your Account Profile contains the email address at which you will receive daily Email Updates. Your contact information will also be used for any information requests you send from the site.
